The Challenge We Face

There is something we need to say — clearly and openly.

Although we offer these tools freely, we still carry the financial cost of their creation and use. Each time someone interacts with one of our apps, there is a real-world cost we must pay — server time, software access, hosting infrastructure.

This is a sacred tension: we want to give freely, and yet we also must remain sustainable. As our tools reach more people — as they begin to help the many — so too does the cost rise.
